- All Rates Listed are per Night.
- Conversion to US Funds is approximate.
- Gift certificates and weekly package rates are avaialable.

- A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to guarantee your booking. The balance is due when you arrive.
- Check in time is 3pm on. Check out time is 11am.
- Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to the reservation. A cancellation less than 14 days is subject to a loss of the deposit less a $20 CDN processing fee.
- No refunds will be made if you decide to shorten your stay after arrival.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable. They may be used for credit for a future booking within the parameters of the rate paid for and for one year after the original purchase date.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- We are an adult oriented B&B. No smoking please, and sorry, no pets.
